Domaine Faverot

We make our wine – both red and rosé - using southern varieties of grapes: syrah, grenache, mourvèdre and also carignan vines, some of which are one hundred years old, a fine legacy from the past; for white wines, we use rolle, grenache blanc and roussanne wine grapes. Our cellars are open to visitors; come and see the steel and concrete vats used for storing red wine. We’ll be delighted to answer all your questions. Luberon appellation wines have a fruity aroma; the tannins are dissolved and the alcohol content is 13.5%; come and sample some in our cellars. Large groups must book in advance; we can also organise tasting sessions accompanied by a small Provence-style buffet. On the menu: flat bread, terrines, offal and herb meatballs, seasonal omelettes and lots of raw vegetables. From 5th May. Wednesday to Sunday 10am-midday and 3-7pm. No appointment needed. Free tasting session Tasting-session with tour of estate is also available for 5-10 people: €10/person. Prior appointment required. Booking also required for tasting sessions with light meal.
