Free tasting sessions for individual visitors. The main goal is to create original wines with a strong personality, in all three colours. The approach is creative, respectful of both land and vine, with no room for dogma. In practice this means carefully tending the soil, closely scrutinizing the vineyard and emphasizing the importance of naturally enriched plants. Grapes are hand harvested, in small amounts; there is minimal intervention during the wine-making process with great attention paid to the natural flavour of the grape. Tasting sessions : AOC Ventoux wines (south of Rhône valley), late harvest wines and sparkling wines. Contemporary art exhibitions and summer concert.
