Jamet cellars are, above all, a family concern. First, there’s Jean-Paul, and then you’ve got Eric who’s taken charge of the wine cellar. Grapes and wines are rigorously selected every year. The “Vallée du Mistral” and “Sang du Peuple” are regulars on the list as well as representatives from their Châteauneuf du Pape white and red appellations and Côtes du Rhône red and rosé wines.
