Mireille and Bruno Delade are artisanal nougat-makers at the Laurmar confectionary. To the delight of anyone with a sweet tooth, traditional nougat gives way to different varieties: candied orange peel, lavender flower, salted caramel, candied black olives...
Truly passionate about what they do, they are determined to shine a spotlight on the flavours of this beautiful region: lavender honey and Provence almonds form the basis of their tasty nougat, made using traditional methods in a copper cauldron.
They welcome guests to the nougat factory on Thursdays from 4pm-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm, by reservation. You can also find them at Provence's loveliest markets. Don't miss out!
